Today’s post is completely unplanned. I had decided I was going to share a review of a tip I found on Pinterest, but then the following happened:
I spent the morning tidying up and felt like eating so I decided to pop some soup in the microwave where, upon opening the door, I found this:
|A perfectly nice bowl of lemon water and lemon halves from uh…yesterday?|
Anyway, in case you want to clean your microwave tomorrow (see what I did there?) –
To clean your microwave easily, slice a lemon in half and squeeze some of the juice into a large microwave safe (but NOT plastic!) bowl full of water. Throw in the lemon halves and nuke for 5 minutes. When done, let it sit a minute or two and then remove bowl carefully and wipe the mess out with a (edit: damp) microfiber cloth. Comes clean like a charm!
Just don’t leave it sit for a day like I did. 😉
